the placid Hawkesbury River and is only accessible
by boat or seaplane. The totally refurbished dining
room boasts exceptional Modern Australian cuisine
and a superb wine list. The flight takes off
from Rose Bay and glides north over the Northern
Beaches and Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park. After
lunch the flight back down and over Sydney Harbour
is spectacular, taking in the views of the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge.
