The Hunter Valley Wine region is situated north inland of Sydney and is home to many great wines of Australia.

The journey begins with a flight past the city skyline viewing the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. As you travel north along the coast line taking in the beauty of the northern beaches right up to Palm Beach, the flight turns inland along the Hawkesbury River and Brisbane Waters region before passing over the Central Coast and landing in the tranquil Hunter Valley wine region.

Here you will experience local wine tasting before sitting down to a gourmet lunch at one of the region’s most reputable restaurants. The peaceful surrounds and genuine country hospitality of the Hunter Valley perfectly complements the superb food and wine the area is renowned for.

After lunch, the helicopter will then pick you up for the journey back to Sydney.
